Landscape Renovation

Sometimes it is not necessary to break the bank on a major landscape construction project. There are plenty of scenarios where a creative renovation can breathe all new life into your property. Our Service Crew is there to help you achieve these goals. We will go over your property and with the help of our design team, maximize your dollar value by adding plants, renovating existing decks or patios, re-configuring plants and planting beds, adding flowers and perennials and anything else that will update your property with a budget in mind. From the smallest renovation to the largest project, we have the staff and expertise to handle it all.

Bed Maintenance and Plant Health Care

The Deck and Patio Company has developed an aftercare program for all your plant needs. Once the project is done we can continue to help you keep your property looking beautiful by maintaining it on a periodic basis. We use Plant Health Care organic root fertilizers which help maintain beautiful plants and healthy soil conditions so your plants can grow strong, healthy root systems. This helps the plants to resist disease, pests and makes them more tolerant in the event of drought or other adverse conditions. We will also edge your beds and install organic shredded mulch to maximize healthy conditions and make your property look spectacular.

Pond Service and Maintenance

Our staff of pond installation experts is supported by our service crew as well.  Our season start ups, are in a safe and professional manner. We power wash and clean the ponds of debris and add water treatments in the initial opening, so your precious pet fish are safe & happy and are ready for a good summer swim in their clean crystal clear water.

Our pricing ranges from $240 to $540 depending on the size of your water feature. If your filter mats can no longer be cleaned we carry a large supply with a nominal price range of $29.99 to $69.99.

After that you can take the option of having our crew come to your home periodically to maintain the pond throughout the season. We will add water treatments as needed, clean the skimmer and troubleshoot for any issues before they become problems; such as leak detection, algae control and renovations. This service is highly recommended to insure beautiful, hassle free enjoyment of your water feature for years to come.                                                     

We also maintain your pondless water feature with just as much care.

At the end of the summer sun we offer: netting, heaters and bubblers to keep your precious pets safe and warm throughout the winter.

Property Assessment Reports

The Deck and Patio Company has many years experience in outdoor construction and landscaping. Take advantage of our expertise and let us do a comprehensive property assessment report.  We will go through all your outdoor systems from lighting to irrigation and make sure everything is in order, up to code and being properly utilized. We will walk the property with a critical eye to look for potential hazards from dead trees, broken or ill-maintained structures or any other possible issues.  We will run through your irrigation system to make sure your plants and grass are being properly watered. We will advise you on any situations on your property that could lead to plant damage, property/structure damage and personal injury. Our men survey your property and will advise you of some beautiful additions that you may choose to enjoy.  This is an invaluable service that we recommend having performed each year in the beginning of the spring, prior to the summer entertaining season.

Residential Snow Plowing Services

Most driveways are $30 to $105 depending on the length, width & slope of the driveway.

We offer Full Season Contracts or Per Service Contracts. Each include shoveling a path to your doorway & sanding of the driveway.

 Commercial Snow Plowing Services

Are contracted for the season; sand/salt and shoveling to the building entrance to allow safe passage for employees and customers.      

Emergency service is available with a minimum service cost of $150.
When you call for Emergency Service, follow the prompts on the voicemail for emergencies if no answer.

  Warranty Work

After your project is complete, our experienced staff is there to support you for years to come. We perform repairs, plant replacements and service all your needs for anything that falls under warranty from your original project. Our commitment to quality work starts at day one of your project and we stand behind our work with our service team. 

Additional Services

The Deck and Patio Company has a dedicated Service Division and our Technicians will ensure prompt attention to all your needs, from basic warranty work, periodic maintenance, repairs to patios, decks, plant replacement, and even smaller construction and landscaping projects. $99 first hour and $37.50 each additional half hour.
